ProctorWrap RW (Residential Wall Barrier)

A light-duty, vapour-permeable wall wrap compliant with AS/NZS 4200.1, perfect for both brick veneer and lightweight clad homes. It prevents moisture ingress while allowing internal humidity to escape—reducing condensation risk. Ideal for warm to cold climates and fully BAL‑rated up to Flame Zone (FZ) 40 compliance.

Available with an integrated tape liner for faster installation.

ProctorWrap CW‑IT (Commercial/Residential Wall Barrier)

Specifically crafted for commercial-grade wall systems, this triple-layer barrier offers superior vapour control and thermal resilience. Meets AS/NZS 4200.1 standards and supports BAL‑rated use up to FZ.

Now stocked with pre-applied tape (CW‑IT) for quick, sealed joins and reduced labour time.

ProctorWrap HTS‑IT (High-Tensile Roof Underlay)

A UV-stabilised, tear-resistant 3‑ply roof membrane, reinforced for durability under metal sheet, slate, and tiled roofing. Balances high water holdout with vapour permeability to defend against condensation.

Suitable for BAL zones 12.5–40. Now stocked with HTS‑IT (integrated tape) to speed up installation and ensure sealed roof junctions.

ProctorWrap High‑Tack Tape

A single-sided, pressure-sensitive tape featuring aggressive modified acrylate adhesive on a robust spun-bonded carrier. Perfect for sealing overlaps, joints, and membrane repairs.

Bonds strong to polyolefin membranes, sheathing, timber, metals, insulation boards—even under cold or slightly rough conditions.
